Peer Review Process

Manuscripts submitted for publication in Polymer Insights will be peer reviewed anonymously by at least two independent experts in the area. Polymer Insights employs a rigorous, double-blind peer-review process to maintain high scholarly standards. This ensures impartial evaluation by concealing author and reviewer identities. The author will receive evaluation results as soon as possible.

Process Overview

Submissions are screened for scope, format, plagiarism, and reference accuracy. Non-compliant manuscripts are returned for revision.

The Editor-in-Chief or an Associate Editor assesses suitability for the journal.

Suitable manuscripts are assigned to at least two expert reviewers and may be evaluated by editors.

Reviewers assess originality, rigor, methodology, clarity, and contribution, providing constructive feedback and publication recommendations.

The Editor-in-Chief, in consultation with editors and reviewers, makes the final decision.

To prevent conflicts of interest, submissions from editors are handled by an independent senior or guest editor, based solely on reviewer evaluations.

Confidentiality is strictly maintained.

Submissions must adhere to ethical policies.

Polymer Insights follows COPE guidelines.

Authors may appeal decisions with detailed justifications, reviewed by an independent panel.
